White Rabbits, Damn I forgot this month.

July 27th 2003

Haven't done anything to this page in 4 weeks I've been so busy.......Starting with a team building session / Regional meeting in Portsmouth on the 1st & 2nd, ten pin bowling and a pizza really....Having a new crown fitted to my remaining tooth... twice it broke the first time..A sales conference at the De Vere Carden Park Hotel which included my first experience of hitting a golf ball in anger, not sure if i'll take the game up I've not got enough time now!!! We also learnt how to play a Samba (training by "Beats Working")

Then 2 weeks of dashing about trying to avoid traffic jams on the M25 and M6 at various times while trying to get sorted out on the new territories the boss wants us to work....

Last night we had John the Bass Man, the Lovely Glenda and David & Brenda Planner over for "Dinner". Des produced a really good feast to spread before us and we sorted out some fun bits for the Masons...  So here I am a bit the worse for wear (bed late up early!) finally trying to catch up. Vicky and the little dog are coming to stay for a couple of nights from tonight too so even less sleep ahead....

August 10th

Des, Vicky, Linda and Erika all flew off to the sun on a girlie holiday to Lanzagroteee Only flight we could find was from Luton so 2 hours each way along the M25 on a sunday!!!! Poor Ted left all alone to fill endless hours, working eating sleeping going to the gym... sheer hell

August 12th

While the cats away ..... day trip to France, stock up with urgent fluid supplies... cheese, some olives & a really great pizza. Tea on the beach watching the ferries going in and out of the port, lovely warm sunny day.

August17th

Frantic house work all day, then up to Luton for the long awaited reunion at the airport, A romantic meal on the way home, ok I bought Des a sarnie at South Mimms Services...  Bloody M25  stuck in a jam for 30 mins at midnight!

August 23 to 25

Ted n Des together with John the Bassman and the Lovely Glenda went on a weekend break to France and Belgium, had a nice time in Brugges, beautiful town... lots of history ....  really expensive restaurants serving indifferent food and the star was the Cafe des Arts in the main square. Poor food dreadful almost hostile service and boy did they know how to charge. No-one took a camera so no pictures, quel-que idiots. Lille was as nice as we remembered. Ate lots of bread and cheese and drank the stuff you would normally associate with it... Lemonade ? I think not!!!!!!

August 31st

what have we been doing ... no updates for weeks... Well Annie and the kids are here for a rather cool barbie so not much to add just now Coz I'm going to cook in a second......
