Close to Carrapateira on the West Coast of Portugal this is a large beach full of surfers and surf schools but away from the middle of the beach it is possible to find areas for sunning the buns. Nudism is listed as an activity on the beach in the useful (free) Costa Vicentina Map...

Good points plenty of facilities, lots of things to watch, plenty of space, different weather to the south facing beaches ... bad points didn't see anyone skinny dipping, it might have been the weather.
