Portugal has in recent years established "official" nudist beaches. This
was as response to the defacto nude activities on many of Portugal's
beautiful and secluded beaches and coves.
As far as we can work out Praia do Vau is one of those unofficial "beautiful and secluded beaches and coves". Mind you it looks like an Algarve classic of Sun, sea, surf, sand and sculpted rocks! Carmen who send us these pictures tells us that the "Pria du Vau is in Algarve not far from Portimao, its a nudist beach privat but mostly used by gay men, its between the rocks and a nice place to be due not too many people around," She also points out these pictures were taken 0n
31st December..... what a nice way to spend New Years Eve!
