Another Postcard from the well travelled Matt and
Jayne of MySkinbook fame.
We spent a pleasant holiday in Mallorca
(2010)...but August is not the best month to go as everywhere is very
crowded, especially the beaches-but this does not detract from the
inherent beauty of the island. There is something for everyone in
Mallorca. Naturist opportunities however are limited, but principally :
- Es Trenc beach (South East coast). Although an official beach in
the high season was swamped by a textile invasion. A beautiful sand
beach, but was sardine-packed.
- Skinnydippers Naturist Resort. Central-South-East. Beautifully
appointed and renovated finca in a quiet rural location. Whilst Es
Trenc is only 15 minutes away, this resort is not for those that get
bored easily, but is a very tranquil location.
If anybody has been to Skinny Dippers and wants to add more detail
please feel free to contribute, We didn't
have the piece of paper address with us while we were in the area.....
the Buns
- El Mago Beach. A tricky to find charming little cove on the
south/south-west coast. Very small so arrive early .. spectacular
cliffs, beautiful clear water and very safe to swim with gentle
shelving. The beach is fine sand and like all beaches in Mallorca
very clean. An excellent and reasonably priced (given the very high
quality) restaurant is on the beach
