A Postcard from Dave and Sue
Dear Buns,
Hope you are keeping well. Again been to our
favourite beach in Lanzarote, Caleta Del Congrio in May 2010. Had a
great time spending 6 whole days sunning our buns!
Caleta Del Congrio is a naturist beach at the south
end of Lanzarote. The nearest place is Playa Blanca. There are 2 or 3
beaches where nudism is allowed but you really need a car to get there
(cost us £105 for Ford Focus for a week picking up and dropping
off at airport)
The beaches are in a national park and you pay 3
euros a day to gain access. There is one cafe at the end of the headland
between Caleta Del Congrio and Playa Del Papagayo beaches. We normally
take some sandwiches which we make plus plenty of water, its a great
natural place to be naked and ideal for the first timer.
